Delivery Information

Once you have place an order on-line it is emailed to us at, we aim to confirm stocks within 48 hours, (delays may be unavoidable at peak times). The expected delivery time is specified against each wine that you order.


In the unlikely event that the delivery is not going to be within that window we will call / email immediately to let you know. If you have a specific date by which you must have your wine please specify it in the ‘Special Instructions’ field at the Checkout.


If you are out when we try to deliver we will leave a card asking you to contact us to re-schedule. In the Special Instructions at the Checkout you can also specify any special delivery instructions such as where to leave the wine if you're out or which neighbour to contact. Just let us know and we'll try to do what you ask.


Standard UK Delivery All prices are inclusive of delivery within the UK mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands of Scotland). Overseas Delivery; we can deliver wines to customers all over the world - if you would like a non-UK delivery you can arrange one through the Checkout or you can email in advance to check our competitive rates.
